Meet the face
behind the posts
Hi, I’m Elza.
I graduated in 2023 with a degree in International Relations, where my interests ranged from global governance to questions of gender, power, and inequality. While I don’t fit neatly into labels, I’m deeply curious about how systems shape who gets seen, heard, and supported.
Since graduating, I’ve been growing into software engineering — turning curiosity into a serious career path. I write as I learn, build, and experiment, exploring how technology, education, and policy intersect in everyday life.
This blog is my space to think out loud and write with intention — to give voice to overlooked perspectives, ask difficult questions, and share insights that might be useful to someone else along the way. There’s no fixed theme here, only a commitment to keep learning in public.
I’m Nigerian and speak Yoruba, English, and German, so you’ll sometimes find a playful mix of languages in my writing — because identity, like life, is rarely just one thing.

I write essays and articles under my given name, Elizabeth Osunsanwo, while this blog reflects my more personal voice as Elza.
